Bitbyts provides an order and inventory management platform that enables e-commerce sellers to:

  • Manage orders from multiple sales channels
  • Synchronize inventory across platforms
  • Generate and print shipping labels
  • Access analytics and reporting tools
  • Integrate with third-party marketplaces and services

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITBYTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Bitbyts during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitbyts and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services will be immediately revoked
  • You must cease all use of the Services
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
